You agree to abide by the terms of your card agreement for the purchase of goods over the Internet and agree to faithfully complete a transaction if you choose any other available form of payment. Shipping takes only about a week for an in-stock product and 2-4 weeks for one that must be made (which typically includes large waterpipes). Order status will be available online with email available for more specific questions.
